Something Old, Something New

Cinco de Mayo

Hey friends,  I hope life has been swell for you.  I have been quite busy with traveling, and trying to get things sorted out on my job that it seems like I've been neglecting you.  Don't fret- I am back!!!
I wore this outfit out for lunch. This skirt is one of my favorite pieces, it's italian linen. It was purchased at one of my favorite neighborhood Salvation Army.

High Tea and Hats

Mother's Day weekend I attended a tea party with a host of beautiful women that were decked out in beautiful hats and gloves.  Mothers and daughters from around the area were acknowledged and celebrated.  The event was called a "high tea" party, but it sort of looked like we were all headed to church or the Kentucky Derby.   All in all I had a wonderful time

Follow Something Old, Something New

Hey Lace-y

Once again I took a solid black palette, and added color to create a "not so boring" black.  This outfit is one that can easily transition from the office, to happy hour with friends or date night with your bf.

Thanks for stopping by.  Enjoy your Memorial Day holiday!!!!
