Something Old, Something New

Hemline: Change It Up (Part 2)

Hey guys this is the part 2 to my previous post showing the different ways I style my hi-low skirt.  Here  I wore the skirt with a plain white t-shirt and my white blazer.

Hemline: Change it up

I decided to try something new with my next few posts.  My new favorite item for this season is the high-low skirt, or the "mullet", but what I want to do is show 3 ways I have worn this skirt.  I have a growing collection of them now, and I'm sure my closet will be bursting at the seams with them in a few months.  So here is the skirt worn with my boyfriend's denim shirt tied at the waist.
(denim shirt: Old Navy; t-shirt: Hanes; skirt & belt: Forever 21; shoes: Trouve c/o Nordstrom's; necklace: vintage gifted from grandma; watch: Michael Kors)

My Pony and Me

I spent a casual afternoon hanging out, and snapping pictures with the horses.  They were so friendly;  eagerly running up to the fence to say hello to us.

My outfit was very comfortable and cool.  In Memphis, you definitely have to dress for our hot weather.   I got the tank top from one of my favorite stores in St. Louis, Pitaya located in the Loop.
