Pile It On

Being so petite I like to hide underneath lots of layers to camouflage it. I wore a sheer shirtdress with one of my favorite oversized cardigans and my new sneaker wedges to create a casual look for church.

At the beginning of last year I made a promise to be persistent with this blog (well actually the promise was to just do something with the blog). I am very proud of what Something Old, Something New has become, and going into the new year I am super excited about the things that are to come for the blog.

Because it has been soooooo cold outside its been quite difficult for me to get outfit shots, but this week I braved the weather and took advantage of the little sunshine. My lovely new skirt is what inspired me to definitely take pictures. Coming in at $3.99 from my local Goodwill, my skirt was a super deal. I especially love the detailing at the waist with the 2 gold buttons.
